ConsultationDuring your free consultation we can answer any general questions you have about claiming PIP, the process and what to expect.
AssessmentIf you are required to go to an assessment center, whilst we cannot attend with you, we can offer you advice on what to expect and what might be asked.
Making your claimWhen making your claim we can help you through this, help you sift your medical information, provide advice on what might be useful to send, draft your claim for you before you send it if you wish.
If after claiming, you are for some reason declined, we can assist you in requesting a mandatory reconsideration.
Our fees
We work on a full NO WIN, NO FEE basis. If we take on your claim and you do not receive PIP, you still do not have to pay for the time and resources we have put into helping you. Whilst we do strive to keep our costs low, we do have to cover our operational costs and time.
To achieve this in as fair a way as possible we offer a free 30-minute initial consultation and email address. This is your chance to ask any questions you may have and for us to pre assess your claim. If you then decide to allow us to take your claim forward, we charge a standard 30% of your first PIP payment. This will be of your backdated amount, we do not ask for any further payments from your award, unless of course you come back to us for you PIP renewal.
